Iida Group Holdings was established in November 2013 through the business integration of six listed companies.

We share the common concept of "creating a society where everyone can own a home as a matter of course," and as a result of continuously providing High quality, Good price, and well-located housing, we have grown into a corporate group that boasts the highest number of housing starts in Japan *.

In Japan, we are currently entering an era where people are expected to live to 100 years old.

Anticipating changes in the global environment, evolving social structures, and diversifying Customer needs, we intend to continue transforming ourselves to provide new value without stopping, leveraging our strengths of "overwhelming economies of scale," "a loyal customer base," and the "platform of competition and collaboration" cultivated during our growth, while actively pursuing innovative technologies and methods.

Furthermore, we believe it is our responsibility to constantly pursue the ideal living environment that allows people to live safely, comfortably, and healthily for a long life, by providing housing specifications that can accompany people for 100 years, maintenance services to maintain quality, energy measures that take global warming into consideration, and forest resource management, and to contribute to the realization of a sustainable society through our corporate activities.

Moving forward, we will continue to strive for innovation while never forgetting our original aspirations, and walk hand in hand with society, in order to become a group of companies trusted not only by stakeholders in Japan but also around the world.

Since its establishment in 2013, the Iida Group has provided Customer with safe, comfortable, and healthy living environments based on its business concept of realizing a society where "everyone can own a home as a matter of course." We believe that this concept of "everyone being able to own a home as a matter of course" is extremely important in realizing a sustainable society. Making high-quality products and services accessible to everyone as a matter of course—that is, balancing the cost burden necessary for quality improvement and environmental measures with affordability that everyone can enjoy—is a key theme for our group. Eliminating various anxieties such as economic efficiency, safety, and convenience of living in a home, which supports the richness of life, leads to peace of mind in life, and is the social issue to which the Iida Group can contribute most to the realization of a sustainable society in the future. Moving forward, as a leading company in the housing industry, we will continue to achieve both contributions to solving social issues and the growth of our group.

In recent years, we have increasingly faced unsettling events that threaten our lives, such as the spread of COVID-19 and natural disasters, which have brought renewed attention to the importance of our living environment as the foundation of our lives. It is predicted that the housing required in the coming era will be of High quality and in better locations, with a growing need for housing functions such as earthquake resistance and environmental performance, as well as for locations with low disaster risk. However, if this leads to a rise in purchase prices, it will become impossible for everyone to own a home as a matter of course. Therefore, the Iida Group is promoting standardization within the group, standardization of quality control, visualization of best practices, and acceleration of their widespread adoption through detailed analysis of business processes and manufacturing processes, and the active use of innovative technologies. By further refining our ability to reduce construction costs and secure good locations, we will continue to supply housing at Good price, High quality and in good locations.

Furthermore, by addressing the entire cycle of forest resource ownership and timber utilization in an integrated manner, we aim to maintain a balance between greenhouse gas emissions and absorption, and realize a carbon-neutral society. In our own forests, we formulate logging plans according to tree age, and by using the harvested timber to construct detached houses, condominiums, office buildings, etc., we are fixing CO2 emissions and advancing efforts to further reduce our environmental impact.

Human resource management will become more important than ever as the driving force behind these corporate activities. The Iida Group has adopted the realization of a vibrant and attractive workplace where employees can take on challenges and find their work rewarding as its management policy. In order to create an environment in which employees understand the social mission of the company, grow autonomously and demonstrate their abilities, and to promote initiatives that support diverse working styles, we have identified improving the workplace environment as a material issue and will promote human capital management that makes the most of diverse human resources as an organization.

The Iida Group's management strategy for realizing a sustainable society is a step toward solving social issues, driven by the company's growth, the transformation of employee mindsets, and a commitment to dialogue with all stakeholders. We hope you will look forward to it.
