Life is 100 years, quality is important when it comes to homes

The average life expectancy in Japan is 81.41 years for men and 87.45 years for women (*1), and the era of 100-year lifespans has already become a reality.
More than half of those who purchase a detached house for the first time are in their 30s or younger (*2), so in the era of 100-year lifespans,
There will be a demand for housing that can be lived in for 70 years. Because it is a home where you spend most of your life,
When purchasing a home, we believe that in addition to location, price, and floor plan, the "basic quality of the home" is important.

The Iida Group will continue to provide housing that people can continue to live in for a long time with peace of mind, so that their long 100 years will be even more fulfilling.

"The Housing Performance Indication System" is a proof of quality.

In Japan, there is a system called the Housing Performance Indication System that evaluates the performance of housing.
This is a system based on the "Act on Promotion of Housing Quality Assurance" (Quality Assurance Law).
The Japanese government has established "Japanese Housing Performance Indication Standards" and "Evaluation Method Standards," which have been registered with the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
A "third-party evaluation organization" will inspect and evaluate the building.
There are two types of housing performance evaluations: "Design housing performance evaluation" and "Construction housing performance evaluation."

"Designed housing performance evaluation" is an evaluation at the design stage before a house is built, and "Constructed housing performance evaluation" is an evaluation at the construction work/completion stage.
Generally, we evaluate whether construction is being carried out according to the blueprints through four inspections.
Obtaining both "Designed Housing Performance Evaluation" and "Constructed Housing Performance Evaluation" under the Housing Performance Indication System means that
This is proof that the basic performance of the house is high.

“All buildings received the highest grade”
That is the Iida Group's quality standard.

The Iida Group uses the highest grade in the four categories of the Housing Performance Indication System as the Group's unified quality standard for detached houses for sale. We want to be close to our customers' important lives without compromising not only on good prices and good locations, but also on quality. When looking for a home, be sure to check whether the home has the highest grade according to the Housing Performance Indication System.
