Environmental policy
The Iida Group aims to contribute to society and realize a sustainable society through environmentally friendly business activities.
1. Environmental Consideration in Products and Services
We will proactively work to minimize the environmental impact by providing environmentally friendly housing and services.
2. Consideration of the environment in business activities
We will consider the impact on the environment at each stage of our business activities and promote business that takes into account nature-related issues, including biodiversity, and climate change.
In particular, we will promote energy conservation, waste reduction, pollution prevention, procurement of environmentally friendly building materials, reduction of material loss, and recycling of resources, including recovery and reuse of resources.
3. Building relationships with the supply chain
In order to practice environmentally conscious trading, we will establish a supply chain management system and build relationships of trust as business partners.
4. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
We comply with domestic and international laws, treaties, and international regulations related to the environment.
5. Promoting environmental communication
We strive to disclose information appropriately and promote good communication with stakeholders.
