Compliance

Our group has established the "Iida Group Code of Conduct" to ensure thorough compliance with laws and regulations and corporate ethics, and has also established the "Compliance Regulations" to clarify our stance.

Iida Group Compliance Manual

Our group has created a "Compliance Manual" as a specific guide for realizing business operations in accordance with the "Iida Group Code of Conduct" and has distributed it to all executives and employees of our group. Additionally, as part of our compliance education, we are producing and distributing a compliance training DVD to all employees of our group, and using e-learning to repeatedly understand and disseminate the training content.

Additionally, in order to more reliably practice compliance management, we have established a Compliance Subcommittee, which examines the compliance status of the entire group, and works to enhance and ensure compliance through the planning, drafting, and implementation of compliance programs.

Whistleblowing system

Our group has established a whistle-blowing system as a reporting system for violations of laws and regulations and other compliance issues, and has set up reporting desks both inside and outside the company, and operates the system in accordance with whistle-blowing regulations.

Cutting off relationships with anti-social forces

The Group takes a resolute stance and does not conduct any transactions with anti-social forces, organizations, or individuals that threaten the order and safety of civil society. In addition, in response to unreasonable demands made by anti-social forces, we will cooperate with outside specialized organizations such as the police and lawyers, and take legal action from both civil and criminal angles as necessary.
