November 2013 Our company (Iida Group Holdings Co., Ltd.) was established in Nishi-Tokyo City, Tokyo through a joint stock transfer.
Listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange
May 2014 Acquired shares of FIRST WOOD and made it a subsidiary
September 2014 Established First Wood Primorye (current Iida Group Rus) in Vladivostok, Primorsky Krai, Russian Federation.
January 2016 Established IIDA GROUP HOLDINGS, Inc. in San Diego, California, USA.
March 2016 Head office moved to Nishi-Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo.
May 2016 Disclosed the budget for the fiscal year ending March 2017 based on IFRS standards
(Voluntary application of IFRS from the securities report for the fiscal year ending March 2016)
July 2016 Established  PT. IIDA GROUP HOLDINGS  in Bekasi, Republic of Indonesia.
July 2016 Acquired shares of ITOCHU WINDOWS  and made it a subsidiary as IG WINDOWS
April 2018 Acquired the shares of Iida Home Trade Center (currently Home Trade Center) from Iida Sangyo and made it a directly invested subsidiary.
June 2019 Head office moved to Musashino City, Tokyo
October 2019 Acquired shares of FIRST PLUS and made it a subsidiary
January 2021 Acquired ORIENT shares and made it a subsidiary
January 2022 Acquired shares of Russia Forest Products (BVI) Limited and made it a subsidiary

History before business integration

February 1967 Established Iida Kensetsu Kogyo  (currently HAJIME CONSTRUCTION) for the purpose of general construction contracting.
July 1975 Iida Kensetsu Kogyo enters real estate sales business
December 1976 Iida Kensetsu Kogyo acquired the shares of TOEI HOUSING (established in March 1951), a company engaged in the construction industry and real estate sales and brokerage, and made it a subsidiary.
July 1977 Iida Kensetsu Kogyo establishes Iida Sangyo as a subsidiary to conduct real estate sales business.
May 1981 Iida Kensetsu Kogyo establishes Fushimi Kensetsu Kogyo (currently ARNET ONE) as a subsidiary to conduct general construction contracting business.
November 1983 Fushimi Kensetsu Kogyo changed its trade name to Fushimi Kensetsu (currently ARNET ONE)
October 1985 Iida Sangyo acquires the shares of TACT HOME (established in 1984), whose main business is building Contract constructions, and makes it a subsidiary.
May 1986 Iida Kensetsu Kogyo acquires shares of TACT HOME and makes it a subsidiary
January 1994 Iida Kensetsu Kogyo and Iida Sangyo sell TACT HOME shares and dissolve their capital relationship.
July 1995 Due to Iida Kensetsu Kogyo's withdrawal from the condominium business, shares in Fushimi Kensetsu were sold and the capital relationship was dissolved. Fushimi Kensetsu starts real estate sales business
September 1995 Iida Kensetsu Kogyo establishes ID HOME as a subsidiary to carry out after-sales construction and contract work for detached houses.
December 1995 Iida Kensetsu Kogyo sells the shares of TOEI HOUSING and Iida Sangyo, dissolving capital ties.
September 1999 TOEI HOUSING listed its shares over the counter (listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in January 2002)
February 2000 Iida Sangyo listed its shares over the counter (listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in April 2002)
September 2000 Fushimi Kensetsu changes its trade name to ARNET ONE
February 2002 ARNEST ONE is listed on the JASDAQ market (listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in March 2005)
August 2003 TACT HOME is listed on the JASDAQ market (listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in November 2004)
February 2004 Iida Kensetsu Kogyo changed its trade name to HAJIME CONSTRUCTION
December 2009 HAJIME CONSTRUCTION listed on the JASDAQ market
March 2011 ID HOME listed on JASDAQ market
June 2013 HAJIME CONSTRUCTION, Iida Sangyo TOEI HOUSING, TACT HOME, ARNEST ONE, and ID HOME sign a management integration agreement
