Procurement Policy
In order to realize the creation of an affluent society in which more people can live happily, the Iida Group will build a stable procurement system and will hereby establish and adhere to basic procurement policies that should be implemented throughout the entire supply chain.
We will inform all parties involved in the supply chain, including business partners, of this policy and strive to conduct honest and fair procurement activities.
1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
We will comply with laws, regulations, social norms, and our Group's Code of Conduct regarding procurement. Furthermore, we will not use materials that conflict with these in our Group's business activities.
2. Human Rights and Labor
In accordance with the "IIDA Group Human Rights Policy," we will thoroughly promote business that takes into consideration human rights and occupational safety.
3. Health and safety
In addition to complying with all applicable laws and regulations, we strive to create a safe, comfortable, and healthy working environment that is rewarding to work in.
4. Environmental Considerations

We will also faithfully fulfill procurement contracts and strive to maintain good relationships with our business partners.

We will strive to disclose accurate and unmisleading information about our products, ensure accountability, and prohibit the provision of false or falsified information.

We will appropriately manage and protect confidential information and personal information related to procurement activities and strive to strengthen information security.
8. Crisis management and business continuity
In preparation for natural disasters and accidents, we will ensure the safety of our employees and other stakeholders and share information during normal times, and promote the establishment of a system for continuing business operations in the event of a disaster.
Safety training
The construction industry has the highest number of occupational accidents among all industries, and our group regularly conducts training for group employees and suppliers with the aim of eliminating occupational accidents at construction sites.
We hold safety conferences not only within our company, but also with construction contractors and subcontractors, with the aim of raising and enlightening safety awareness at the entire site. We hold lectures, watch videos, and award awards in safety contests, and promote safety. We are raising each employee's safety awareness by learning about knowledge, accident prevention measures, and case studies of work-related accidents.
