Human resource development

Our group aims to promote business activities and maintain and improve competitiveness by recruiting and training a wide range of excellent human resources.
During new employee training, we aim to foster understanding and a sense of unity within the Iida Group by implementing a common program for new graduates of the group.
In addition, we increase motivation for work and awareness as members of society through management training, human rights training (*1), information security training, compliance training, etc. We also strive to improve business productivity by providing carpentry skill training and office skill improvement training, which leads to the growth of both the company and its employees.

*1 Training on harassment (power harassment, sexual harassment, maternal harassment, etc.), discrimination and prejudice against LGBTQ people, discrimination and prejudice against people with disabilities, Dowa issues, etc.

Efforts to develop carpenter general skill positions

At TOEI HOUSING Ltd., we are working to develop general carpenter technicians as a responsibility of a company that is responsible for the housing industry, as the construction technician workforce is aging and the number of young human resources who will carry the future is decreasing. We have a four-year program that includes education and training at an architectural technical school, construction of a training building, and on-the-job training, to develop students into skilled workers who have not only carpentry skills but also general housing-related skills such as remodeling.
