Promotion system
Under the supervision of the Board of Directors, the Company has established a Sustainability Promotion Committee, chaired by the president and representative director, and consisting of representative directors of major group companies, and holds regular meetings. The Sustainability Promotion Committee has been established as a subordinate organization of this committee, and the decisions made by the Sustainability Promotion Committee are promotedinaunified manner throughout the Group.

The Board of Directors regularly receives reports on the policies, goals, progress status of measures, and important changes discussed by the Sustainability Promotion Committee, makes resolutions on important matters, and supervises executive efforts regarding sustainability.
Sustainability Promotion Committee
Based on the "Sustainability Promotion Committee Regulations," the Sustainability Promotion Committee formulates basic policies, strategies, and goals regarding sustainability, manages and evaluates the progress of measures, provides instructions and management to group companies through subordinate organizations, and manages risks and opportunities. We are also working on issues related to climate change. The policies and measures decided by this committee are incorporated into management plans and business plans, and are periodically reviewed to lead to further improvements and new initiatives. It also collects and investigates necessary information, and reports and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors.
Sustainability Promotion Committee
The Sustainability Promotion Subcommittee is a subordinate organization of the Sustainability Promotion Committee, and is comprised of sustainability personnel from major group companies, and holds regular meetings. We are moving forward with improvement activities regarding specific initiatives and issues related to group-wide sustainability, and are promoting initiatives as a group. We will also collect and investigate the necessary information, and report and make recommendations to the Sustainability Promotion Committee.
