Work style reform

Iida Group Nursery School “Sumaiida Nursery School”

Our company has opened an on-site childcare center, "Sumaiida Nursery School," in our head office building (Musashino City, Tokyo).
Given the recent serious childcare waiting list issue and the fact that nearly half of our employees' families with small children have their spouses caring for their children, we want to create an environment where our employees can work with peace of mind. This idea led to the establishment of "Sumaiida Nursery School". Our group will continue to aim to create a company where employees find it easy to work and want to continue working there.

Fukui Women's Empowerment Promotion Company

Our group company FIRST WOOD Co., Ltd. (Fukui City, Fukui Prefecture) is registered as a "Fukui Women's Empowerment Promotion Company Plus+" designated by Fukui Prefecture.
In Fukui Prefecture, where more than half of the workers are women, having women play an active role in the workplace, taking on responsibilities according to their abilities, will lead to the vitality of the entire prefecture.
The company has set staggered working hours in consideration of childcare and nursing care, introduced a system that allows employees to choose their working hours, and is focusing on reforming its human resources system to create an evaluation system that is gender-neutral, making it easier for all employees to work. We are striving to create a better workplace.

1. Top management (representative) has declared their thoughts on promoting the active participation of women.
2. Having a female empowerment promoter assigned.
3. Concrete efforts are being made in the areas of "recruiting women," "nurturing women," "creating a work environment where both men and women can work comfortably," and "promoting women."
4. An "employer action plan" based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace has been formulated and submitted to the prefectural labor bureau.

IGHD Safety and Health Management Guidelines

Our group has established the IGHD Safety and Health Management Guidelines with the aim of ensuring the safety and health of our group employees and subcontractors at construction sites, as well as creating a comfortable working environment, and are striving to prevent industrial accidents.
