Occupational Safety and Health Policy
The Iida Group recognizes that ensuring the health and safety of its employees is an important issue for the sustainable development of the company, and is committed to creating a safe, comfortable working environment and a rewarding, healthy working environment.
1. Compliance with laws and regulations
We ensure the safety and health of our group employees and workers of our partner companies by complying with not only occupational safety and health-related laws and regulations, but also our own independently established "IGHD Safety and Health Management Guidelines" and "IGHD Site Safety and Health Management Internal Regulations."
2. Risk Management
We identify occupational hazards, conduct risk assessments, and implement appropriate preventive safety measures.
3. Collaboration with partner companies
In our safety and health activities, we will work closely with partner companies to mutually improve our safety and health levels.
4. Maintaining and improving health
We place importance on maintaining and improving the mental and physical health of our employees, and take appropriate measures such as health checkups and mental health care.
5. Education and training
We will continually provide education and training to improve awareness of occupational safety and health and to strengthen our ability to respond to emergency situations.
Work style reform
Iida Group Nursery School “Sumaiida Nursery School”
Our company has opened an on-site childcare center, "Sumaiida Nursery School," in our head office building (Musashino City, Tokyo).
Given the recent serious childcare waiting list issue and the fact that nearly half of our employees' families with small children have their spouses caring for their children, we want to create an environment where our employees can work with peace of mind. This idea led to the establishment of "Sumaiida Nursery School". Our group will continue to aim to create a company where employees find it easy to work and want to continue working there.

Fukui Women's Empowerment Promotion Company
Our group company FIRST WOOD Co., Ltd. (Fukui City, Fukui Prefecture) is registered as a "Fukui Women's Empowerment Promotion Company Plus+" designated by Fukui Prefecture.
In Fukui Prefecture, where more than half of the workers are women, having women play an active role in the workplace, taking on responsibilities according to their abilities, will lead to the vitality of the entire prefecture.
The company has set staggered working hours in consideration of childcare and nursing care, introduced a system that allows employees to choose their working hours, and is focusing on reforming its human resources system to create an evaluation system that is gender-neutral, making it easier for all employees to work. We are striving to create a better workplace.

Health and safety
IGHD Safety and Health Management Guidelines
Our group has established the IGHD Safety and Health Management Guidelines with the aim of ensuring the safety and health of our group employees and subcontractors at construction sites, as well as creating a comfortable working environment, and are striving to prevent industrial accidents.
