Employee interview

Iida Group Holdings
Human Resources Department

5th year mid-career

  • Please tell me why you wanted to join Iida Group Holdings

I transferred from a group company to Holdings. Iida Group Holdings has many people transferred or seconded from group companies.

  • Please tell us about the work you are currently in charge of.

Mid-career recruitment/temporary recruitment, joining/exit-related work, seconded/transfer-related work, labor contract-related work, Overseas travel insurance-related work, various statistical work, health management, health checkups, vaccinations, mental health-related work, etc. We are doing.

  • Please tell us about your daily work flow.

The flow of a day's work is completely different depending on the schedule for that day. Activities vary depending on the season, including orientation for new employees, interviews for mid-career hires, workplace tours, and influenza vaccinations. As an example, there are days when I check my emails first thing in the morning, update and report on the progress of mid-career recruitment, scout people suitable for job openings, and clarify various data, and on other days I spend the entire morning holding orientation sessions. It may also be implemented.

After lunch, I may end up with 3 or 4 interviews, or I may silently work on detailed tasks such as meetings with affiliated companies, aggregating various data, processing claims, and adjusting schedules.
There is no fixed answer to the work I am currently responsible for, so there are cases where work suddenly arises or where I have to make immediate decisions, so I am always working on my work in a way that allows me to respond flexibly.

  • Please tell us about the rewarding, rewarding, and interesting aspects of your work.

Since you can be involved in everything from document screening to joining the company during the hiring process, you'll be able to hear about what you were thinking or feeling during the interview. Some of the stories will make you laugh, while others will help you improve things next time, so you can learn things like how to deal with nervous people and how to convey the appeal of our company.

Fortunately, we often ask questions and concerns about small matters every day, so I think this department will be very attractive to those who want to handle a variety of tasks and those who like communicating with people.

  • Please tell me about your colleagues, boss, and the atmosphere at work.

The overall atmosphere of the company is very relaxed, so I often talk to people from various departments every day and often go out to lunch with them. I feel that there is a lot of interaction that transcends departmental boundaries.

  • What is important to you in your work?

There are many jobs that have multiple answers, so it is important to choose the answer that provides the best solution. When you look at things from a variety of perspectives, there are few wrong answers, and there is often a right side to each answer. We take into consideration the feelings of various people, derive answers, and proceed with our work. In one word, it might be a sense of balance.

  • Please tell us about a particularly memorable job.

Since this is a department that deals with people, all of the onboarding work for new graduates, mid-career employees, and seconded/transferred employees from group companies is memorable work.

  • What do you think has contributed to your personal growth through your work?

What do you think has contributed to your personal growth through your work?

This may be true for all work, but it cannot be completed by one person alone, so the cooperation of various people, both inside and outside the company, is required. I think I naturally acquired a sense of balance by working among such people. At the same time, by knowing your weaknesses, you can recognize what you need to do in the future, so looking at yourself may also be a factor that leads to growth.

  • Please tell us about the ease of working at Iida Group Holdings through your past work.

Since you can largely entrust the work to us, you can proceed with your own discretion to a certain extent. For example, if you have some free time before your next interview, you can decide how to follow up in the meantime, so your work doesn't stop. In that sense, I feel it's easy to work because I can take the actions I have decided on myself. Of course, in important situations, it is necessary to report and consult with your superior, but as long as it is within the scope of normal work, you can proceed on your own.

  • Is there a company system that you often use?

Although it is not a system, there are Office Glico and vending machines installed in the office, as well as water servers and tea machines, so many people use them. Some people buy ice cream at Office Glico in the summer.

  • Please tell us about the work you would like to experience in the future and your goals.

In the future, I would like to grow the company while interacting with more people.

  • Please give a message to those who are interested in working at Iida Group Holdings

Our company, which has just been established, needs to continue making history from here. That's why I think there are opportunities for a variety of ideas and opinions to be reflected. We look forward to receiving your applications so that we can grow into a company that our employees can be proud of.
