I sympathized with the philosophy of "realizing people's enriched lives through housing,'' and I also found the work environment attractive and rewarding, where I could play an active role as an in-house system engineer for a growing company that has the largest market share of detached houses in Japan.

In addition to being able to utilize my past experience in tax-related work, I am also able to gain practical experience in consolidated financial statements (IFRS) as a member of the Iida Group Holdings, which boasts Japan's largest number of detached houses for sale, as well as being involved in international taxation through Overseas business. This is because I was attracted to the scope of work.

I was working as a sales representative for detached houses at Iida Sangyo, a group company, but from that time I knew that we needed a pillar other than Detached houses business. When Iida Group Holdings put out a public call for asset business, I strongly wanted to participate from the start-up and applied to join the company.

Originally, I was involved in production work at a group subsidiary, and I was responsible for tabulating costs and processes related to buildings.
When I learned that Iida Group Holdings would be established and a new purchasing business would begin, I decided to transfer to a place where I could grow.

In 2017, we conducted a full-scale vibration experiment on a two-story CB (concrete block) two-story house using the original CB construction method, which is unprecedented in the world (Public Works Research Institute Vibration Experiment Facility/Tsukuba City) . Staff from outside research institutions and their departments worked on the project for about two months, from experiment preparation to removal and cleaning. I remember being relieved to see the building standing safely without any major damage after the K-NET Tsukidate wave vibration experiment, which was equivalent to the Tohoku Pacific Coast Earthquake, which recorded the highest acceleration in the history of earthquake observation.

Since joining the company, I am very happy to be able to develop the single-family fund business, which I have been involved in since my first business as my main business.

This is data processing used for analysis, etc. Holdings was created by merging the businesses of originally disparate companies, but since each company had a different system, the data structure was also different. Nowadays, an integrated database has been constructed and a certain amount of data has been collected, but before that, data cleansing was carried out manually, which was a very difficult and memorable task.

All of the large-scale fundraising events were memorable and made me feel that the work I was doing was contributing to our group.

In the Production Promotion Department, where I work, we mainly assess (investigate and analyze) the status of detached houses for sale throughout the Iida Group, and provide support and improvement activities to each group company.
In many departments, data is generally collected on a regular basis, such as monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually, but I am also involved in organizing and aggregating data in various fields (costs, safety, etc.), and creating report materials.

Mainly responsible for analytical work, and regularly sends out reports to group companies.
We also provide support for group budget formulation, performance management, etc.

We are working on solving various research issues, such as energy-independent recycling housing using artificial photosynthesis technology and the development of construction methods for Overseas markets.
Every day, we plan and implement measures that will lead to problem-solving, such as joint research with universities and analysis using apps, while consulting with the staff in charge of each problem.

Currently, I belong to the Accounting Department and am mainly responsible for consolidated operations and tax-related operations.
Specifically, we provide BEPS support such as preparing disclosure materials such as financial statements, quarterly reports, and securities reports, non-consolidated tax support, and transfer pricing documentation.

I never imagined that I would be involved in an Expo in my life, so I feel honored and working hard every day to cope with the scale and difficulty of the event. Over the past few years, I have had the opportunity to meet and interact with so many people, including trading companies, private companies that also exhibit, and members of the Expo Association, and I have had many valuable experiences.

It's rewarding to see something that I've planned be adopted and actually used in my work. I also enjoy the process of developing systems in cooperation with various people. It also motivates you to update to something better.

I find it exciting to be involved in work in various fields. By participating in a wide variety of tasks such as developing new projects and strategies, and supporting decision-making, I am able to continuously learn and grow, which increases my daily motivation.

Since we develop the business scheme and select stakeholders from scratch, you can feel that you are the core of the project. This is a large-scale job, as the work is not completed by the company alone, but involves working as a team with related business partners to achieve success. There is always a sense of tension as the scale of the real estate we handle is large, but we also feel a sense of accomplishment when the property is successfully handed over.

I feel that responding to tax reform and new transactions, and cooperating and collaborating with other departments and group companies will lead to growth. Additionally, by working with a variety of people, I am able to acquire new skills and knowledge, and understand my own strengths and weaknesses, which is also a source of growth.

When I was in the sales department of a group company, the important mission was to increase sales, but in the digital promotion department where I work now, the important mission is to create a system that allows people in group companies to work more efficiently. Working while thinking from the standpoint of the various people who use the system has led to my growth.

I feel that I am now able to think and act on my own, rather than just completing the tasks given to me. At first, I simply carried out the tasks I was instructed to do, but as I gradually became able to grasp the flow and content of the work, I was able to make decisions on my own. I believe that not only was I able to do the work that I was instructed to do, but I also thought about it as I worked, which led to my personal growth.

I have many opportunities to create various types of materials from scratch, such as materials for meetings, materials for explanations/reports, and materials for management, and I feel that I have been given a very meaningful opportunity for growth.

I am careful to maintain a neutral position and avoid biased opinions based solely on my past experiences.
I strive to incorporate different opinions and perspectives while communicating with those around me.

I keep in mind the organization of priorities and overall optimization to promote the project.

Accuracy, planning, and communication. Accuracy is the most important aspect of accounting work. To achieve this, by working in a planned manner, you will be able to quickly process tasks with a high degree of concentration. In addition, in order to perform accurate administrative processing, it is necessary to accurately understand transactions, and for this purpose, it is important to communicate well with other departments.

We value returning to the purpose of our work.
When I have trouble making a decision in my daily work, I think about why I'm doing it in the first place, and if I still don't understand it, I immediately consult those around me so I don't have to worry about it myself.

In recent years, new technologies are being developed every day in the world, and our lives are changing dramatically.
We would like to further strengthen the research and development department at Iida Group Holdings, incorporate these new technologies, conduct research, and contribute to providing Customer with better living environments.

I would like to become a person who can support the management of the entire group company from a tax and accounting perspective. In addition, I would like to further develop my knowledge of IFRS, local accounting standards, international taxation, etc. through my Overseas business, which will further develop in the future.

Our goal is to further expand our rental business and grow it into a pillar that supports the group's condominium sales business. We believe that it is important to expand the stock business, which accumulates profits through long-term ownership and operation, to a scale that can support the flow business of the condominium sales business. By growing it as one of the core pillars of our business portfolio, we can minimize the impact of external factors and become the foundation for stable management.

In the future, I would like to refine my generation AI and data analysis technologies, further improve efficiency, and work on creating new value.

Our company is now in its 10th year since its establishment in November 2013 through the merger of six listed companies. Unlike ordinary operating companies, we also manage the business of each group company and handle operations related to the entire group, which are unique to a holding company.
