―― You usually plan, direct, manage and produce events, but can you explain how you are involved in this pavilion?

As a member of the pavilion operations team of the Joint Pavilion Iida Group x Osaka Metropolitan University, I am responsible for the planning and preparation of works and arrangements related to operation. It is my role to create an environment where visitors will have a comfortable and enjoyable time at the pavilion. Our goal is to operate the pavilion in such a way that everyone thinks that it is the best. To achieve that goal, we want to advance firm team building.

Can you tell us the role and strengths of the operations team?

―― Can you tell us the role and strengths of the operations team?

The operations team plays an important role in connecting the planning team with customers. There will be a particular need for a bridging role after the opening. Harmonizing the desires of the planning team and the feelings of visitors is where the true value of our operations team is demonstrated. By standing in the customer's shoes and responding flexibly, we want to offer a space that visitors will look back upon as having a good atmosphere.

What do you want visitors to feel?

―― What do you want visitors to feel?

Although it may not be the part that visitors will feel, I think that the atmosphere created by the operations team and the staff in the pavilion is very important. When the team comes together and creates a good atmosphere, the whole pavilion will be a wonderful space. We hope that visitors will feel that the Expo is wonderful and fun, and that those who liked the Joint Pavilion Iida Group x Osaka Metropolitan University will look into the Iida Group after they get home. To that end, I would like to provide support behind the scenes.
